CFS Liquid Flow Screeds
Floor Levelling Latex Screed
Floor leveling latex screed is a type of self-leveling compound made from a mixture of latex polymers and cement that is used to create a smooth, level surface on subfloors before laying down new flooring. It is typically applied in thin layers of up to several millimeters thick and can be used to level out minor irregularities, such as dips and bumps, on concrete or wood subfloors.
Latex screeds can be used for both residential and commercial applications and are particularly useful when installing large format tiles or other types of flooring that require a very flat surface. They can also improve the overall durability and lifespan of the flooring system.
It has a range of advantages over traditional sand and cement screeds, including significantly faster installation, reduced drying time, less mess onsite and a superior finish.
